CONFEDERATION OF INDIAN INDUSTRY (CII) MSME EXPORT HELPDESK
TERMS AND CONDITIONS

(Subscription-Based Services Agreement)
ELECTRONIC RECORD AND ACCEPTANCE

This electronic document constitutes a legally binding agreement under the Information Technology Act, 2000.

1. INTRODUCTION

The CII MSME Export Helpdesk is a digital platform offered by the Market Facilitation Services (MFS) division of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) to assist Indian MSMEs in their global trade ambitions by offering structured, credit-based services on subscription.

2. SCOPE OF SERVICES

Each subscriber shall be entitled to a monthly allocation of the following services, subject to credits –

  • Export Potential Analysis: Evaluate HS6 product competitiveness for one selected HS6 code
  • Top Export Markets Identification: Insights on tariffs, import values and market demand in top three global markets
  • Import Trend Analysis: Detailed cost breakdowns, port details, shipment timelines and CO2 emissions for the selected HS6 product for three global markets
  • Trade Fair Guidance: Information on sector-specific exhibitions in three target countries
  • Export Documentation: List of documentation required for exports
  • Buyer Contacts: Provision of fifteen potential buyers/customers
3. SUBSCRIPTION PLANS AND PRICING

Non-Member ₹48,000 + applicable taxes (To be paid in advance) 5/month 15/month

Credits are tracked on a monthly basis and can be monitored via the user dashboard.

Please note that this is an annual subscription-based platform, wherein the official subscription would be valid for a period of 12 months, starting from the date on which payment is received by CII.

4. CREDIT POLICY
  • One query or buyer contact request = 1 corresponding credit.
  • Unused credits can be carried forward for up to 2 months.
  • Credits from the final two months will only be carried forward if the subscription is renewed before the 10th month of the existing term.
  • All credits expire if not renewed accordingly.
5. RAISING AND RESOLUTION OF QUERIES
  • Each query must be raised via email at present.
  • Each unresolved query will be answered within a maximum of 2 business days.
  • Responses to queries would be shared via email on the email id provided by the client.
  • The client would be responsible for providing the correct email id.
6. DATA DISCLAIMER

CII sources buyer contacts through subscription databases and secondary research. CII does not verify contact details through LinkedIn, company websites, or direct outreach. Users are advised to undertake independent verification before engagement.

7. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATIONS

The platform offers informational services only and does not constitute legal, commercial, tax, or investment advice. CII does not undertake any kind of business development services as part of the subscription to the platform. CII disclaims any liability for business outcomes, including failure to convert leads. No warranty is provided on the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information shared. All services are provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All data, analytics, and materials provided remain the intellectual property of CII. Users may not reproduce or distribute such content for commercial use without written consent.

9. NON-TRANSFERABILITY AND NON-REFUND POLICY

Subscription fees are non-refundable. Credits are non-transferable across users or plan periods.

10. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

CII does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Temporary downtimes may occur due to maintenance or unforeseen issues.

11. MODIFICATIONS

CII reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions, service offerings, or the credit system without prior notice. Continued use of the platform shall constitute deemed acceptance.

12. JURISDICTION

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.

13. CONSENT TO DATA USE

By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data in accordance with the platform’s privacy policy and for service delivery purposes.

14. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION

All notices and communications related to your subscription and service shall be delivered electronically to your registered email ID. You agree to maintain a valid email ID and keep your contact details updated with CII.

15. TERMINATION

CII may terminate access to the Helpdesk in case of misuse, abuse, or violation of these Terms. Upon termination, any remaining credits shall lapse without refund.
